Back to School: Help Your Child See What they're missing

Children with uncorrected vision conditions or eye health problems face many barriers in life ... academically ... socially ... and athletically.  While children entering kindergarten in Illinois must have their eyes examined before starting school, Dr. Brian Plattner, president of the Illinois Optometric Association (IOA) explains that “actually every child should be examined annually as part of their health maintenance program.”
